WHERE ARE WE GOING?

In 2007 Phi Kappa Theta's Board of Trustees crafted our Fraternity's current Mission. In addition to the Mission, the Board created a long term Vision and Strategy to increase the number of collegiate brothers who were actively developed by Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity.

August 2015 - During his inaugural presidential speech, Fraternity President Lawrence Dorocke (Purdue '68) called for a revisit of the Fraternity's long-term strategic plan. The first step was the assembly small alumni taskforce to evaluate the existing Mission, Vision and Strategic Plan.

January 2016 - The taskforce met over a weekend long discussion about the Fraternity's relevancy, relationships with alumni, host institutions and potential partners and the perceived levels of success by the Fraternity to date.

February 2016 - The findings of the taskforce were drafted, distributed and presented to the Fraternity's Board of Trustees by three members of the taskforce over a conference call.

March 2016 - The Board was individually polled to determine reactions and buy-in to the recommendations of the Taskforce.

April 2016 - Board of Trustees met at Phi Kappa Theta's Headquarters to review the survey results and further discuss the potential path forward for the Fraternity.  The results, consensus by the Board to move forward with an understanding of Where Phi Kappa Theta could be going.

May 2016 - Board of Trustees approves the annual budget and goals for the 2016-2017 academic year focusing on where they believe Phi Kappa Theta should be going.

June & July 2016 - Fraternity staff works to align resources, conferences and volunteers to support the future of Phi Kappa Theta with the target goal of Quo Vadis 2016 being the first opportunity to share with other leaders of Phi Kappa Theta to gain additional feedback.

August 2016 - Phi Kappa Theta's envisioned future will be experienced by the Fraternity's key servant leaders during Quo Vadis.

Register for Quo Vadis 2016 today to be part of the newly envisioned Phi Kappa Theta!
